1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support with your order number and details.
2. Cancellation by Shudita Skincare & Wellness
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
In case of payment issues or incomplete transactions.
If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or falls under a non-serviceable area.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier restrictions.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and any payment made will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
3. Refund on Cancellation
If your order is eligible for cancellation and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
4. Modification of Orders
Currently, we do not allow modification of orders once placed.
If you wish to change an item, you must cancel the existing order (before it is shipped) and place a new order.
