1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
You have received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product is defective or expired upon arrival.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Timeframe for Return Requests
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests after this period will not be entertained.
3. Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team via phone/email with your order details.
Provide photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong product as proof.
Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup (if applicable) or guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Used or opened products.
Items purchased during special sales, discounts, or promotions (unless defective/damaged).
Gift cards or hampers once dispatched.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, you may place a new order after returning the incorrect/damaged item (if eligible).
